Business PNP

The provincial nomination program is a channel for business executives and senior managers to permanently immigrate to Canada.

What it entails

Usually, nomination from a province entails making an investment into a business within the selected province or territory. This investment may be made into a pre-existing business or be used to establish a new business in the nominating province.

The investment enables you to obtain a work permit and move to Canada with your dependents. Depending on the province, nomination for permanent residence will be granted after about 12 to 18 months and may be dependent on achieving agreed milestones. Once the nomination certificate is received, we will apply to the Federal Government for your permanent residency.

In these programs, the provinces are expecting that the invested amount and the experience of the investing executive spur economic activity. Therefore, when developing the business plan, we will help you show how value will be added to the province through your involvement.

The investment amount and other program requirements vary depending on the province. Most provinces provide support in navigating the entire process as they wish to attract investors and economic development to their province.

Upon the fulfilment of initial program expectations, we will assist you to process your work permit application. With this work permit, you can relocate to Canada with your family to start implementing the business plan.
