What Is the Global Talent Stream?
The Global Talent Stream is an initiative of the Government of Canada designed to help innovative Canadian firms grow and scale by hiring highly skilled tech talents in a fast and predictable manner.
The foreign nationals targeted through this program must have a unique and specialized skill set. In addition, they have to be from any of the eligible groups listed in the table below.
There are three parties involved:

Through our partnership with suppliers of labour in the global south, we match the best talents to Canadian employers who need their services. Our services are provided at no cost to the applicants in compliance with Canadian industry regulations. Reach out to us to join our partner network.

Once engaged, we offer consultancy services to assist your firm meet all program requirements set by the EDSC Canada.
Foreign Skilled Talent
- We assist you to obtain an expedited work permit through a special program of the ESDC. Normally, approval happens within 10 business days of application submission.
- We assist you to apply for Permanent Resident status within 12 months of your work permit by finding pathways that fit your specific profile. As a result of this, we assist you to set your entire family on a sure path to Canadian citizenship.
- Through our connections with participating employers, we help you to establish your career in North America.
- We make you earn income in inflation- and devaluation-resistant currency.
- Canada provides security, healthcare, and dual citizenship options for you and all your dependents.
