Dual Citizenship

Given the reality of life in the developing world, sometimes having just one citizenship is not enough for developing country nationals. At BeMore, we understand this. This is why we are committed to helping you find the right channel to accomplish the dreams you have for yourself and your loved ones.

Canadian Citizenship

As a business owner, senior management or a High Net Worth individual (HNI) interested in obtaining Canadian citizenship for yourself or your loved ones, there are 2 pathways for you:

    1. Apply into a direct to permanent residence program, or
    2. Apply into a temporary residence program, and progress to permanent residence.

The permanent and temporary residence programs below are some of the key channels through which our clients have been able to address their Canadian citizenship dreams.

Permanent Residence Programs

  • The Start-Up Visa Program
  • The Self-Employed Persons Program
  • Business Provincial Nomination Programs
  • Federal Skilled Worker through Express Entry

Temporary Residence Programs

  • International Mobility Program – Temporary Work Permit as a business owner or senior management
  • Global Talent Stream – Temporary Work Permit as a skilled tech professional

Usually, foreign national transitions from a temporary resident status to a permanent resident status. After spending 3 years (1,095 days) in Canada within a 5-year period, a permanent resident will successfully apply for a Canadian passport.

Some temporary residence programs may have a faster route to citizenship than some permanent residence programs. Depending on your situation, we will guide you through finding the program that is the best fit for you.
